Established in 2016, KR Management is a children’s and young performers talent agency with offices in Glasgow and London. Representing a very select and diverse range of young talent based across the UK, our focus areas of the industry is TV, Film, Commercials, Voice Over and Theatre. We aim to represent and support each child throughout their journey’s in the industry while offering guidance to their Parents or Guardians.

We believe our books include the next generation of legendary talent!

KATIE RUTHERFORD

Katie established KR Management as having been a working young performer herself, she saw the opportunity to support young performers and their parents through the entertainment industry. Katie trained in both Drama and Dance from a young age, as a teenager she trained at some of Scotland’s top institutions including RCS then going onto achieve her BA Hons Drama and Dance in 2017.

Katie believed that her true passion was to perform, that nothing would beat the thrill of performing on set or live on stage until she found agenting. Realising this was exactly where she should be, to inspire and bring opportunities to deserving young talent. “Watching little faces light up as goals are being achieved with a little of our help is indescribable”. Katie loves working alongside business partner and good friend, Reece Donnelly as they search and negotiate the best opportunities for their clients.

REECE DONNELLY

DIRECTOR & SENIOR TALENT AGENT

Reece has been in the industry since the age of 6 securing his first TV role with CBBC, it has been a contestant journey since then working with professionally on projects like:

Carrie & Davids Popshop (CBBC), Waterloo Road (BBC), Citizens Theatre, Pavilion Theatre, Happy Days UK Tour (Scottish Leg), T-Mobile (Commercial) - Reece has extensive knowledge as a voice over artists for clients like NHS & Nickelodeon.

After Obtaining a BA (Hons) in Acting from the University of Sunderland. He set up Scotlands leading performing arts institute Theatre School of Scotland. Now a proud director & agent at KR Management, he loves working on the relationship and negotiating side of the business. Reece has a passion for growing new talent and seeking out the best opportunities for his clients. Can often be found at the Theatre and is very fond of a set visit alongside Katie.
